Noelle Lauschke, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Noelle Lauschke earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s School of Medicine, consistently ranked one of the top physical therapy programs in the country. She completed clinical rotations in a variety of settings across the spectrum of care, including orthopedics, subacute and intensive care rehab, and aquatic rehabilitation. One subspecialty that Dr. Lauschke is passionate about is geriatrics and being able to serve this older adult population using cutting edge evidence-based practice is paramount to her practice style. Beyond her degree and state-required continuing education hours, Dr. Lauschke has completed additional coursework in the Modern Management of the Older Adult from the Institute of Clinical Excellence.

Since she began practicing, Dr. Lauschke has treated adults with a wide array of orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical diagnoses. Additionally, Noelle has years of experience communicating and collaborating with patients who have cognitive or memory deficits as well as their families, which bolsters her effectiveness when treating patients with dementia.  As excited about teaching as she is with learning, Noelle has also served as a Clinical Instructor and mentor for doctoral and undergraduate students from various institutions during their clinical rotations and shadowing experiences. Dr. Lauschke is excited to bring her wealth of clinical knowledge to our practice at DPT Sport where her patient-centered style of care fits nicely into our team’s care model. Noelle is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Geriatric Specialty Section.

Her compassion and drive to help those in need was a great match for our DPT Sport team. Through years of volunteerism, Noelle has worked with afterschool youth, individuals with physical disabilities, as well as led a multitude of events while serving an older adult population. Noelle also has years of experience teaching figure skating as well as choreography. In her spare time, Dr. Lauschke enjoys country line dancing, taking walks, and playing board games with her husband.
