What is a DPT Sport Custom-Fit Sports Performance Consult?

  • Custom sports consults are performed by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy
  • Thorough review of sports history and any relevant medical or injury history
  • 2-D Slow Motion Video Analysis of your sport-specific task(s)
  • Available for your elementary age athletes to collegiate players and professional athletes to those recreational players just looking to improve their game
  • Sport-specific Biomechanical Screen - to identify any restrictions that could be hindering your ability to perform optimally

So that you can achieve what your coach is asking you to do

  • Can be done preseason to get you ready for the coming season or in-season to enhance your current performance
  • Custom Goals Assessment (objective, measurable, and achievable)
Two-session Consult:    $450
1st Session:      1.5 hour Assessment Session
2nd Session:     30 minute Results Session (with customized training package recommendation)
